Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Sortilège. We ship our fingerboards and accessories worldwide from Switzerland/Wallis.

1. Processing Time

Normal orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Custom orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Note: For custom-made decks or pre-orders, please allow additional time as specified in the product description.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping Switzerland: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days depending on your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders from Switzerland.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sortilège is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Sortilège is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

6. Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
