Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our decks and parts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your fingerboard must be in its original packaging (unopened).

  • Items that have been assembled, gripped, or "shredded" cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective product (e.g., a delaminated ply or a manufacturing flaw in a truck), please contact us immediately at sortilegefingerboards@gmail.com with photos of the defect. We will send a replacement at no extra cost. Note: Scratches from normal use or improper assembly are not considered defects.

4. Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-returnable items

  • Digital gift cards.

  • Sale items (Final Sale).

  • Custom-made decks
